Note: Plans are sold separately and are not included in the Partial Kits. We have adopted this policy to best accommodate the majority. Some people purchase plans long before needing the kit and occasionally the kit is purchased to build custom design.

A partial kit typically contains the following four items: heat shrink 600D 8.4 oz polyester, Kevlar roving, adhesive transfer tape (to attach the fabric), and structural epoxy. Kevlar is not needed for a few designs and in such cases is not included in the matching partial kit.

Purchase lumber locally. The “Big Box” home improvement stores carry premium oak, poplar, spruce and cedar ideal for boat building. Their construction grade lumber is simply not acceptable for the long, thin pieces used for our hulls. Your plans will include a cutting guide for “two by” lumber if you can get it from a lumber mill but we can’t recommend using dimensional construction lumber from the big box stores.

Return Policy:
Items can be returned within 30 days for a refund. A 15% restocking fee will be charged. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned items must be in the same condition as received.

Damaged Items:
While it is extremely rare, if you received items that have been damaged in transit please notify us! Your satisfaction is important to us. You can contact us by phone or e-mail.
